In this unique role, you will spend most of your working time in the air while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations. You will support the Head of Cabin Crew with selected operational and administrative matters, act as a point of contact for the Cabin Crew team, and contribute to the ongoing development of our standards and processes. This is a role for experienced professionals who are ready to take on additional responsibility and actively contribute to the development of the department—without giving up flying.

What You Can Expect – A Role with Variety and Impact
No two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:
- Regular duties as a Senior Cabin Crew Member in flight operations—you remain actively involved in what you love
- Supporting the Head of Cabin Crew with selected operational and administrative matters
- Acting as a professional point of contact and supporting the Cabin Crew team in day-to-day operations
- Ensuring compliance with company, safety, and regulatory requirements during flight operations
- Working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth operations
- Participating in projects and identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and standards
- Supporting the review and updating of procedures, manuals, and operational documentation
- Taking on defined Deputy responsibilities and representing the Head of Cabin Crew in agreed areas
What You Bring – Experience, Skills, and Leadership Qualities
You are looking to take on additional responsibility alongside your operational duties. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and spoken German—clear communication is essential
- English proficiency of at least ICAO Level 4—you communicate effectively in an international environment
- Several years of experience as a qualified Senior Cabin Attendant—you know the role inside and out
- Enjoyment in supporting and mentoring colleagues professionally and sharing your knowledge
- A structured, resilient, and solution-oriented approach—you make well-informed decisions even in challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence when dealing with employees and internal contacts at all levels
- Good knowledge of aviation-related regulations and the ability to apply them effectively in an operational environment
- Experience with EASA Air Operations and Cabin Crew Regulations
- Initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to continuously improving processes
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully balance operational and administrative responsibilities
