Your Mission: Deliver Excellence in the Skies
As Cabin Crew at LATAM, you'll be at the heart of the passenger experience, ensuring every journey is safe, comfortable, and memorable. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring passenger safety—this includes checking safety equipment, preparing for emergency landings, and evacuating the aircraft when necessary
- Welcoming passengers with warmth—assisting them with their seats and attending to their needs throughout the flight
- Providing food and beverages while keeping the cabin clean, organized, and inviting
- Maintaining a professional and friendly attitude—handling complex situations calmly and effectively, always with a smile
What You Need to Take Off in This Role?
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Active Cabin Crew License (TCP) with A320 Series qualification—you must have exercised the privileges of your license without a period of inactivity exceeding 180 days as of the application date
- Valid Medical Certificate issued by medical centers authorized by the Civil Aviation Authority of Colombia
- Be at least 18 years old
- Valid passport, identity document, and Swimming Certificate, as well as valid EPS health insurance
- At least 1 year of experience in service, customer service, and/or sales
- Completed or ongoing technical or university studies in addition to your Cabin Crew training—this is a plus
- Knowledge of English will be considered an additional advantage

Where and How You'll Work?
- Location: Medellín Airport, Metropolitan Area – Colombia
- Schedule: Full-time, with availability to work rotating shifts—flexibility is essential
- Contract: Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and operational needs
- Work mode: On-site—you'll be based at the airport and onboard our aircraft
