What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum High School education – a solid educational foundation
- Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) – clear communication is essential. Additional languages are an advantage
- Previous experience in the service industry is preferred but not essential – we value potential as much as experience
- A professional, customer-oriented approach with the ability to stay composed in challenging situations
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and serve customers from various cultural backgrounds
- Ability to meet the physical and medical requirements for the role, including safety and emergency procedure standards
- Ability to swim – a safety requirement
- Ability to meet grooming and uniform standards in line with Gulf Air's image and service quality requirements
