Your Mission: Deliver Excellence in the Skies
As a JetSMART Cabin Crew member, you'll be the face of our airline, ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and memorable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Complying with the policies, rules, and procedures established in the company's manuals and applicable aviation regulations—safety and professionalism come first
- Maintaining the required skills and level of training to perform your assigned duties and responsibilities with confidence
- Providing high-quality passenger service while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout every phase of flight
- Informing passengers about emergency procedures with clarity and professionalism
- Following the instructions of the Lead Cabin Crew Member and the Captain—teamwork is essential
- Welcoming and assisting passengers during boarding and disembarkation—you're the face of JetSMART
- Acting as a brand ambassador through promotion and participation in events when required
- Attending scheduled ground assignments, such as team meetings, feedback sessions, revalidations, and other activities—continuous learning is part of the role
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old
- Education: High school diploma
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of previous customer service experience—you know how to connect with people
- Languages: Proficiency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills—you build rapport easily with passengers and colleagues alike
- Teamwork skills—you understand that success in aviation is a team effort
- Attention to detail—you notice the little things that make a big difference
- Strong service orientation—you genuinely enjoy helping others
- Effective communication skills—you express yourself clearly and professionally
