Neos S.p.A., one of Italy's premier leisure airlines, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Crewing Officer to join our Rostering Team in Somma Lombardo. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in the day-to-day operational management of flight crew scheduling, ensuring seamless flight duty coverage while maintaining full compliance with all applicable regulations and company requirements.

Your Role: Ensuring Operational Excellence
Following an initial training period, you will take on key responsibilities that are essential to the smooth operation of our crew scheduling. Your tasks will include:
- Monitoring crew qualifications and operational limitations to ensure proper pairing coverage and assignment, as well as compliance with company-imposed restrictions
- Efficiently assigning daily flight duties to crew members—ensuring every flight is properly staffed
- Conducting daily monitoring of crew members to ensure compliance with applicable aviation regulations and company policies
- Assigning and reassigning pairings to crew members in support of operational changes and schedule adjustments
- Maintaining and updating the published monthly roster for all crew members—accuracy is essential
- Coordinating hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements for crew members—ensuring their comfort and readiness
- Communicating with flight crew regarding roster changes, operational rescheduling, and updates
- Maintaining and updating relevant IT systems, including rosters, rest periods, leave records, and operational irregularities
- Coordinating with OCC, Ground Operations, Security, and MCC teams to ensure operational continuity
- Performing basic administrative activities, including the verification of tickets, transportation arrangements, visas, and operational documentation
What We're Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of education, skills, and personal qualities:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- Strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach to work within a dynamic and continuously evolving environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English—clear communication is essential
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Previous experience within the aviation industry will be considered a plus
- Availability to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays
