What Life as Ryanair Cabin Crew Looks Like
This role is fun, rewarding, and full of adventure—but it's also demanding. Safety is our number one priority, and you'll need to be prepared for early starts (as early as 5 AM) and late finishes (as late as midnight). If you're not a morning person, think carefully before applying. You'll work a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster—one of the industry's most attractive schedules—giving you plenty of time to explore new cities and cultures with your colleagues.

Essential requirements
- Lots of enthusiasm—you bring positive energy to everything you do
- Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
- Hardworking, flexible, and outgoing with a friendly personality
- Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster—not afraid of early starts and late nights
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Height between 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) —to meet safety requirements
- The ability to swim 25 meters unaided
- Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease—you'll need to pass an English proficiency test
