We are now accepting applications for the SKY Cabin Crew Academy – Puerto Montt, a program designed especially for those who dream of becoming cabin crew but do not yet have a cabin crew license or flight experience. This is your chance to turn your passion for service into a rewarding career in the skies—with no prior aviation experience required.
During the program, you'll have the opportunity to earn your Cabin Crew License. And based on your performance during the course and the availability of vacancies, you may take the next step and become a SKY Cabin Crew Member.
What You'll Need to Start Your Journey?
To be considered for the SKY Cabin Crew Academy, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Completed high school education—this is the foundation
- Availability to work rotating shifts with flexible hours—aviation operates around the clock
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, and/or sales—you understand what it takes to connect with people
- Must live in Puerto Montt, Puerto Varas, or nearby areas—this will be verified during the application process
- Successfully complete the selection process, which includes:
- Psychological interviews
- Meeting with Cabin Crew leadership
- Pre-employment medical examination (including alcohol and drug testing)
- Motivation and a positive attitude—a genuine desire to help make air travel accessible to everyone
It's Even Better If You...
While not required, the following qualifications will make you stand out:
- Have previous experience in the aviation industry or customer service—you already understand the basics
- Hold a valid Cabin Crew License—you're ahead of the curve
- Speak English—it's considered an advantage in our increasingly global industry
