Your Responsibilities: Ensuring Safety and Service Excellence
As VietJet Air Cabin Crew, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and security of passengers during the flight—safety is our number one priority
- Performing all duties and services during the flight—from welcome announcements to meal and beverage service
- Utilizing first aid knowledge to assist passengers when needed—you'll be trained to handle medical situations
- Carrying out other assigned tasks as required to support smooth flight operations
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: At least high school graduate
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- English Certificate: Minimum TOEIC 500 or equivalent (IELTS 4.0 / TOEFL iBT 40 / TOEFL ITP 450, or a University Degree with an English Major). Please note: TOEFL iBT home edition and certificates that cannot be verified in Vietnam are not accepted.
- Medical Fitness: Medically fit to meet cabin crew requirements
- Vision: Balanced eyes, short-sightedness not exceeding 3 degrees, no squint, and even eye color on both sides
- Appearance: No visible tattoos or scars while in VietJet Cabin Crew Uniform (covering by make-up or plaster is prohibited)
Recruitment Process

- Stage 01: Online Documents Check — Submit all required documents for initial screening
- Stage 02: In-Person Assessment (Only candidates who pass Stage 01 will be invited)
- Height Check—to ensure you meet safety requirements
- Catwalk—showcasing your poise and confidence
- Talent Show (in groups)—demonstrating your personality and teamwork skills
- Panel Interview—a final opportunity to showcase your potential

Training and Bond Agreement
After clearing all interview rounds and being selected by VietJet, cabin crew trainees must complete initial training. Please note that training bond and training fees agreements apply.
