    As a Crew Coordination Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our flight crew rosters are executed flawlessly—balancing regulatory compliance, crew well-being, and operational efficiency.     What You'll Be Doing?

    Your primary responsibility will be to implement changes to roster plans and execute flight crew requirements for all flights, ensuring everything is done in accordance with relevant regulations and safety requirements. Your key duties will include:

    • Checking crew legality in regard to duty time and crew qualification—ensuring every assignment is compliant
    • Resolving crew scheduling and rostering problems—finding solutions when challenges arise
    • Allocating duties to crew members in accordance with applicable Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and collective agreement provisions
    • Arranging crew travel and hotel accommodation as necessary—ensuring our crews are well cared for
    • Maintaining crew records and other relevant information—accuracy is essential
    • Assisting Payroll with ad hoc crew pay changes and issues

    What We're Looking For?

    To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities that align with our operational standards:

    • Ideally at least 2 years' experience in a similar role (not mandatory, but preferred)
    • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Italian and English—clear communication is essential
    • IT competence and familiarity with MS Office applications, especially Excel
    • A focused mindset on achieving results—you ensure effective reorganization of schedules according to given targets
    • Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints—you remain composed and calm, handling all situations efficiently
    • Teamwork oriented—you collaborate effectively with colleagues
    • Excellent communication skills and understanding of people's needs
    • Availability to work 24/7 shifts (Monday to Sunday)—flexibility is essential in this role
