Your Mission: Deliver Empathetic, Efficient Service
As a Host of Services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that passengers with special needs—including those with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and other travelers requiring additional support—receive the care and attention they deserve. You'll be the reassuring presence that transforms a potentially stressful airport experience into a smooth, seamless journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Passenger Assistance: Accompany and assist passengers with reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with special needs from their arrival at the airport until their departure, ensuring they feel supported and valued at every step
- Equipment Handling: Safely and efficiently use wheelchairs, golf carts, and other assigned equipment to transport passengers comfortably and securely
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide warm, empathetic, and professional service to all passengers, always representing Copa Airlines' commitment to quality
- Coordination with Teams: Work closely with airport staff, ground handlers, and airline personnel to ensure seamless passenger transitions
What We're Looking For?
To join our team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma—a solid educational foundation
- Currently pursuing university studies—we value your commitment to personal and professional growth
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in the service industry—you understand what it takes to deliver exceptional care
Specific Knowledge
- English (preferred)—the ability to communicate with international passengers is an advantage
- Basic first aid knowledge—you're prepared to assist in medical situations
- Knowledge of airport processes—familiarity with airport operations is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours—airports operate around the clock, and we need team members who are ready to adapt
