To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- At least 163cm tall—no reach test required
- A high school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
- Fluent in written and spoken English—additional languages are an advantage
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad Cabin Crew uniform
- Ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle—you're ready for adventure
What You'll Earn?
Tax-free salary: Earn up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on your roster
Where Your Career Can Take You
At Etihad, we recognise and reward great performance with clear pathways to progress:
- Economy → Business Class from 12 months
- Business Class → Cabin Senior from 12 months
- Cabin Senior → Cabin Manager from 24 months
