Maldivian, the national airline of the Maldives, is inviting passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. We're hosting walk-in interviews in Male', Kulhudhuffushi City, and Addu City—your opportunity to take the first step toward an exciting career in the skies.

What You'll Be Doing?
As a Maldivian Cabin Crew member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction on every flight. You'll be the face of our airline, delivering warm Maldivian hospitality while upholding the highest standards of safety and service. Full training will be provided in accordance with MCAA standards, and upon successful completion, you'll receive your MCAA-approved Cabin Crew License.
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Age
- Between 18 and 35 years
Education
- O'Level standard or equivalent qualification
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in spoken English and Dhivehi
Height Requirements
- Minimum 5 feet 2 inches (female)
- Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (male)
Communication & Teamwork
- Good interpersonal skills—you connect easily with people
Advantage
- Pass in MCAA Cabin Crew General Examination will be an added advantage
Health & Fitness
- Candidate health and fitness will be assessed as per MCAA regulation prior to selection
Training
- Training will be conducted as per MCAA standards
- MCAA approved Cabin Crew License will be issued on successful completion of the training
