What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Possess a Cabin Crew Member Certificate issued by KCAA—this is essential for the role
- At least 3 years of experience as a Flight Attendant in an airline—you bring proven expertise to the cabin
- Experience as a Flight Purser is an added advantage—leadership experience is highly valued
- Experience on DHC8 or similar aircraft operations will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Company Policies, Manuals, and KCARs—you understand the regulatory framework that keeps our operations safe
- Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy making passengers feel valued
- Excellent communication skills—you connect easily with people from diverse backgrounds
- Fluent in English—clear communication is essential
