Air Canada Rouge is seeking French-speaking Flight Attendants, and we're inviting candidates from Winnipeg to apply. This role is based in either Toronto or Vancouver, and relocation is required—but for the right person, it's the start of something extraordinary.

What You'll Be Doing?
Preparing for Takeoff
- Get the aircraft ready for departure, ensuring everything is set for a safe, smooth, and comfortable journey
- Greet customers with genuine warmth and keep the energy positive from the moment they board
In the Air
- Deliver announcements and information with personality and professionalism
- Create a friendly, calm, and comfortable environment—whether you're reassuring a nervous first-time flyer or celebrating a special moment with someone
- Provide snack, meal, and beverage service, including spirits and alcoholic drinks, and manage onboard product sales
- Help customers with in-flight entertainment and troubleshoot any technical hiccups
- Assist with carry-on stowage, seating changes, and comfort needs throughout the flight
Safety and Service
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and support your fellow cabin crew to keep things running smoothly
- Handle onboard incidents and emergencies with confidence and care
- Respond to medical situations, including administering First Aid when necessary
- Keep the cabin clean, tidy, and looking sharp at all times
- Complete any required safety and service reports after each flight
Being a Brand Ambassador
- Share feedback with leaders and help us elevate the Rouge experience
What We're Looking For?
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma
- Valid Canadian passport with no travel restrictions
- Must reside within 90 minutes of your assigned base—either Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) or Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Relocation, accommodation, and all associated living expenses are the responsibility of the employee.
- Can obtain a Transport Canada security clearance
- Have access to the internet to view scheduling changes and internal communications
- Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin environment
- Meet Air Canada Rouge medical standards—candidates will be subject to a medical evaluation, including a drug and alcohol test. Safety is our top priority!
- Able to successfully complete our 6-week, full-time, Air Canada Rouge Flight Attendant Initial Technical Training Program in Montréal
Language Skills
- Candidates are required to speak both English and French fluently.
