As Gulf Air Cabin Crew, you'll be entrusted with the wellbeing of every passenger on board. Day to day, that means:
- Keeping passengers safe at every stage of the flight, in line with our safety and emergency procedures
- Delivering genuinely warm service that reflects Gulf Air's reputation for hospitality
- Staying composed and professional when situations become challenging or unpredictable
- Working closely with colleagues from many backgrounds and serving travellers from every culture
- Representing Gulf Air with pride—in your appearance, your manner, and your attention to detail
Who We're Looking For?
You don't need years of aviation experience to apply—but you do need the right mindset. Here's what we require:
- A minimum of High School education
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Additional languages are a welcome advantage
- Previous service industry experience is preferred but not essential
- A professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams and passengers
- Physical and medical fitness for the role, including meeting safety and emergency procedure standards
- The ability to swim
- Grooming and presentation that align with Gulf Air's image and service quality standards
