We're seeking individuals who bring warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for service. To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Minimum age of 18 years old due to legislative requirements
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills for servicing international customers from diverse backgrounds
- A pleasant personality and service-oriented mindset—you genuinely enjoy helping others and making people feel valued
- Minimum height requirements—1.58m for females and 1.65m for males to safely carry out aircraft safety and emergency procedures
- Minimum qualification of 5 SPM credits (including English) / 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English) or Higher Nitec and above (if applicable)

- Commencement: Successful candidates must be able to commence employment within three months from the date of application

Selected applicants will receive a link to complete a video interview online. Candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to attend our final interviews in Kuala Lumpur.
