What We're Looking For?
We don't just hire for skills—we look for personality, presence, and a genuine desire to care for people. To be considered, you'll need to meet the following essentials:
- Be at least 18 years old (this is a legislative requirement).
- Speak and write English fluently, with strong communication skills to serve our diverse international passengers.
- Bring a pleasant, approachable personality with a natural service-oriented mindset.
- Meet the minimum height requirement: 1.58m for women and 1.65m for men. This is important for meeting aircraft safety and emergency procedures.
- Have completed your education with at least 5 SPM credits (including English) or 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English). Higher Nitec qualifications and above are also welcome.

How the Application Process Works?
Once you apply, selected candidates will receive a link to complete a video interview online. From there, those who are shortlisted will be invited to attend our final, in-person interviews in Kuala Lumpur.
