Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old and possess a minimum qualification of 5 SPM credits (including English), 5 GCE 'O' Level credits (including English), or a Higher Nitec qualification and above, if applicable. Fluency in English with strong communication skills is essential for serving international customers. Candidates should have a pleasant personality and be service-oriented. The minimum height requirement is 1.58m for females and 1.65m for males to ensure the ability to carry out safety and emergency procedures onboard. Successful candidates must also be able to commence employment within three months from the date of application.
