We will be hosting an exclusive recruitment event in São Paulo for candidates who successfully complete our online application. If selected, you'll be invited to experience our recruitment day firsthand—a process designed to help us discover your unique strengths while giving you an authentic glimpse into life with Emirates.
What to Expect on Your Recruitment Day?
Our recruitment day is structured to be engaging, transparent, and thorough. Here's how we'll spend our time together:
- Introduction & Welcome: We'll begin by introducing you to the Emirates cabin crew role, what daily life looks like at 30,000 feet, and what it's really like to live in Dubai—one of the world's most dynamic and multicultural cities.
- Group Activities & Assessments: You'll participate in interactive group exercises designed to showcase your teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Following this, you'll complete an online test at the venue.
- Final Interview: For those who progress, we'll sit down for a one-on-one conversation. This is our chance to understand your motivations, your experiences, and why you believe Emirates is the right fit for your future.

- A valid photo ID for entry
- Digital copies of the following documents saved on your phone (ready to share if requested):
- An up-to-date CV in English
- A copy of your education certificate
- A PDF copy of your passport
Is the Emirates Spirit in You?
We're searching for individuals who bring more than just qualifications—they bring personality, empathy, and a natural ability to connect. To be considered, you'll need to meet these essential requirements:
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English (additional languages, especially Portuguese, are a wonderful advantage)
- Possess a warm, outgoing personality and thrive as part of a team
- Stand at least 160cm tall with a reach of 212cm
- Be fully eligible to obtain a UAE employment visa
- Be at least 21 years old
- Have completed a minimum of high school (Grade 12) education
- Bring at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service
- Have no visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform

Your Earnings
As a Grade II (Economy Class) Cabin Crew member, your compensation reflects your dedication and flying hours. Your monthly income consists of:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours monthly)
- Average Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (around USD 3,061)*
*These figures are approximate estimates for Grade II. Meal allowances for overnight stops are credited the following month, and all hotel accommodations and transport to/from the airport are provided by the company.
What We Provide So You Can Thrive:
- Travel Privileges: Enjoy generous staff travel benefits on Emirates and partner airlines, turning your days off into global adventures.
- Accommodation in Dubai: Live rent-free in fully furnished, shared apartments with fellow crew members. You'll have your own private bedroom, with communal living areas and kitchens. Utilities like water and electricity are included. After probation, you may request to move to another apartment based on availability.
- Transportation: Company transport is provided for your commute to and from work, as well as to the Training College.
- Leave & Travel: You'll receive 30 calendar days of annual leave, plus a firm free ticket to your country of origin each year. After three years of service, you can change this ticket to any Emirates destination.
- Health & Peace of Mind: Comprehensive medical and dental care is available through designated Emirates Clinics. You're also covered by 24/7 worldwide life insurance and personal accident insurance. A non-contributory end-of-service benefit is provided upon completion of your contract.
