Safety is always our number one priority, and you will be thoroughly trained to handle any situation with calm and professionalism. We're looking for candidates who bring energy, flexibility, and a genuine passion for service. To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely across our network.
- Be between approximately 5'2" (157 cm) and 6'2" (188 cm) in height.
- Be able to swim 25 meters unaided and assist another person in the water.
- Be flexible, hardworking, and possess an outgoing, friendly personality.
- Be comfortable with a shifting schedule and enjoy direct interaction with the public.
- Have a strong "can-do" attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Be comfortable speaking and writing in English (a mandatory assessment is part of the process).
- Have a real passion for travel and meeting new people from all walks of life.
