MJETS is seeking a polished, discreet, and highly service-oriented professional to join our private aviation team in Bangkok on a contract basis. What You'll Be Doing?
As our In-flight Service Representative, you are the face of gracious hospitality at 40,000 feet. Working in an intimate private jet environment, you'll manage every detail of the cabin experience with precision and poise. From the moment you prepare the aircraft for boarding to the final farewell, your focus is on creating a seamless, comfortable, and utterly discreet journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing and styling the cabin to luxury hospitality standards before passengers ever step onboard
- Delivering refined food and beverage service, with the same attention to detail you would bring to a top-tier First Class or private jet operation
- Reading the room intuitively—anticipating passenger needs and responding with tailored, seamless service
- Managing onboard catering, amenities, and inventory to keep every flight running smoothly
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism when working with VIPs and high-net-worth travelers
- Collaborating closely with pilots, crew, and ground staff to ensure flight readiness and efficient turnarounds
What You Bring to the Cabin?
We're looking for someone who doesn't just complete tasks but elevates every moment of the journey.
To qualify, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience in private jet service or an equivalent luxury aviation environment
- A minimum of 3 years working in First Class or Business Class cabin service with a commercial airline
- Completed cabin crew training from a recognized commercial or private aviation program
- Full fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written)—Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus
- An exceptional eye for detail and a deep respect for discretion (this is non-negotiable for our high-profile clientele)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a naturally refined and gracious presence
- Proven ability to stay calm, adaptable, and graceful under pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic first aid and CPR certifications (highly desirable for private aviation)
