Your Mission: Safety, Service, and Smiles
Your role is beautifully dynamic, blending strict safety protocols with heartfelt hospitality. From pre-flight preparations to the final goodbye, you will ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism.

- Being our brand ambassador, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building customer loyalty from the moment passengers step on board.
- Conducting essential pre-flight safety checks and briefings, ensuring all equipment and supplies are fully prepared for the journey ahead.
- Clearly and calmly instructing passengers on safety procedures, always prioritizing their well-being and comfort.
- Providing attentive, personalized service—addressing individual needs, offering pre-booked meals, and assisting any passengers who may require extra help.
- Confidently managing in-flight sales, promoting our onboard menu and products, and supporting our "Charity Cloud" program to meet individual and team goals.
- Handling payments and transactions with integrity and accuracy.
- Preparing detailed post-flight reports and working collaboratively with the Catering, Cleaning, and Flight Deck teams to ensure a seamless operation.
Do You Have What We're Looking For?

To apply, you will need:
- A minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus).
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules and extended hours.
- Excellent health, be fit to fly, and possess a presentable, professional appearance.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and diplomatically.
- Good problem-solving skills, initiative, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
Previous experience as cabin crew or in aviation/hospitality customer service is valued, and an active cabin crew license is a distinct advantage. Training in First Aid or Safety Procedures will also be viewed favorably.
