About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll be the ambassador of Air Arabia on every flight. From ensuring the highest safety standards to delivering warm, attentive service, your mission is to make each journey safe, comfortable, and memorable. You’ll play a hands-on role in customer care, onboard sales, and safety procedures, while also supporting the cabin team in achieving operational and service goals.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Attending pre-flight briefings and ensuring full readiness for duty, including grooming and legal compliance
- Welcoming passengers and assisting them with boarding, seating, and any special requirements
- Demonstrating safety procedures, carrying out security checks, and assisting during any emergency situations
- Providing first aid when required and supporting passengers who may be anxious or in need of extra care
- Preparing the cabin before flights, ensuring catering, supplies, and emergency equipment are in place
- Delivering attentive, personalized service while promoting onboard meals, products, and Air Arabia’s “Charity Cloud” program
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately for sales and donations
- Supporting cabin cleanliness and restocking during turnarounds
- Completing post-flight reports and handovers as per company standards
- Continuously updating skills through recurrent training and contributing to team targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Saudi Nationals only
- Aged between 20 – 30 years
- High school certificate or diploma required; a qualification in Travel & Tourism is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Training in first aid or emergency procedures is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is valued
- Holding an active cabin crew license will be considered an advantage
- Minimum height: 160 cm (female) / 168 cm (male), with weight in proportion
- Medically and physically fit, with the ability to swim using a flotation device
- Clear skin and no visible tattoos while in uniform
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and extended hours
