What You'll Be Doing?
As an Air Arabia Cabin Crew member, your responsibilities will span safety, service, and operational excellence. Here's what you can expect:
Conduct and Preparation
- Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, fitness, and legality of self for assigned flights
- Attending briefings to acknowledge flight details, distribution of roles, targets, security checks, and boarding procedures
Safety Measures
- Instructing passengers on safety procedures to ensure their safety and comfort at all times
- Identifying areas of safety and security risks and partnering with the Cabin Supervisor to take remedial action in accordance with SOPs
- Administering first aid to passengers where necessary
- Informing Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, and Captain promptly of any irregularities and malfunctions
Customer Service
- Welcoming passengers and assisting with boarding formalities; entering necessary data into the aircraft logbook
- Providing constant excellent customer service by attending to individual pre-bookings, requests, and needs
- Identifying and assisting passengers experiencing stress or difficulties in accordance with policies and procedures
- Contributing to maximizing onboard revenue and the "Charity Cloud" program by efficiently promoting onboard meals, products, and charity services
- Ensuring proper and secure handling of cash and credit card payments
Crosschecking and Reports
- Carrying out pre-flight checks to ensure sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, catering equipment, and other specified equipment
- Reporting any deficiencies to Cabin Supervisor and/or Captain
- Assisting in ensuring the aircraft cabin is cleaned thoroughly at transit stations and that adequate re-catering and duty-free products are provided
- Ensuring orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to catering, cleaning, and/or maintenance staff
- Carrying out post-flight briefing and assessment reports as per policies and procedures
- Accounting to Cabin Supervisor for the conduct of passengers
- Maintaining professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training, emergency procedures training, and educational workshops
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Age and Physical Requirements
- Age: Between 20-29 for non-experienced crew, and up to 33 years for experienced crew
- Minimum Height: 160 cm (Female), 170 cm (Male)
- Weight: In proportion to age and height
- Clear skin with no marks or tattoos that would be visible whilst wearing the cabin crew uniform
- Medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties
- Ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
Education and Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate is acceptable for this role; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus
- Training in First Aid, Safety and Emergency Procedures are an added value
- Active cabin crew license is an advantage

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English—other languages are an advantage based on Airline requirements
Experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role in the Airlines/Aviation/Hospitality industries is an added value
Other Requirements
- Capable of working in shift patterns and for extended working hours
- Shows high flexibility and adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules
- Demonstrates the ability to contribute and successfully deliver against policies, procedures, and set KPIs
