Your Role in the Skies: Ambassador of Fun & Safety
As the face of Scoot, you are a guardian of safety and a curator of joy. Your primary mission is to ensure every passenger's journey is secure and comfortable. But it doesn't stop there—you and your team will bring our brand to life, adding a vibrant, friendly touch to every interaction and turning a simple flight into a memorable part of the holiday.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prioritizing passenger safety and comfort through every phase of the flight.
- Working seamlessly as a team to deliver exceptional, efficient, and warm service.
- Creating enjoyable experiences by mastering your duties and embracing the positive, can-do spirit of Scootitude.
Do You Have the Scootitude We're Looking For?
We welcome applicants from all walks of life, whether you're just starting out or bringing experience from another industry. What matters most is your attitude, resilience, and passion for service.
To apply, you must meet these requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old to comply with Singapore's regulatory requirements.
- Hold a minimum of 3 SPM subject passes with a Grade C and above in English.
- Have a minimum height of 1.58m (female) or 1.65m (male) to perform all onboard safety procedures effectively.
- Be medically fit to perform the demanding duties of a cabin crew member.
- Be willing and able to work a fully rostered schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.
- Possess the ability to think on your feet, adapt quickly to changing situations, and always prioritize safety.
- Maintain a professional appearance in line with our grooming policy. Please note that visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform.
Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete our online assessment and attend an in-person Assessment Centre in Kuala Lumpur.
