Singapore Airlines will be conducting interviews for cabin crew in Mumbai, India.
Training
Successful applicants will embark on a rigorous four-month training program, one of the industry's most extensive. This comprehensive curriculum covers:
- Product Knowledge: Including food and beverage
- Service Excellence: Procedures, passenger handling, and deportment
- Communication: Language skills and effective communication
- Safety and Emergency Response: Procedures and first aid
- Upon successful completion, you will commence your flying duties.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must be at least 18 years old due to legal restrictions and possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. A pleasant and service-oriented personality is essential for interacting with international customers, requiring fluency in English and strong communication skills. To meet safety and emergency protocols onboard, candidates must be at least 1.58 meters tall if female or 1.65 meters tall if male. Relocation to Singapore and a willingness to commit to a mandatory service bond are required. Successful applicants must be able to start employment within six months of applying.
