What to Expect at the Recruitment Day?
Our recruitment events are designed to give you a genuine look into what life at Wizz Air is like. Here’s how to prepare:
- Registration & Pre-Screening: Once you register for an event, a member of our team will call you for a quick pre-screening chat. It’s your chance to ask questions and confirm your eligibility before the day.
What to Bring:
- Valid passport (plus your Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status code if applicable)
- Updated English CV with an ID photo
- Dress Code: Smart, polished business attire is a must — think blazer, dress shirt, or pencil skirt. A professional appearance reflects our cabin crew standards.
- Timing: Please arrive on time and plan to stay until late afternoon.
Don’t worry if your preferred base is elsewhere — you can attend any recruitment event, regardless of your chosen location.
What You’ll Do as a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member?
Working as a Wizz Air Flight Attendant means you’ll be the face of our brand and the heart of every flight. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout the flight
- Managing inflight service, onboard sales, and cash handling
- Welcoming travelers with a smile and assisting them throughout the journey
- Representing Wizz Air’s values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity
- Collaborating with a team of over 7,000 aviation professionals who share your passion for flying
You’ll start earning from Day 1 of your training, which we provide completely free of charge.
Who We’re Looking For?
To be part of our crew, you should:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Speak and write English fluently
- Hold a valid passport with at least six months’ validity
- Have the right to live and work in the UK
- Reside (or be willing to move) within 90 minutes of your assigned base
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm (on tiptoes)
- Be able to swim confidently
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the uniform
- Bring an enthusiastic, people-first attitude to every situation
