To make sure you're fully prepared, please review the following:
- Check Your Fit: Ensure you meet all the requirements listed below, as compliance will be verified on the day.
- Be Prompt & Prepared: Arrive sharply on time and plan for the process to last until late afternoon.
- Essential Documents: Bring your valid passport and, if applicable, your Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British passport holders need only their passport).
- Your CV: Bring an updated CV in English with a professional ID photo attached.
- Professional Presentation: Dress in smart business attire. We recommend a suit, blazer with a shirt, or a pencil skirt. Please ensure a professional appearance with neat hair and makeup. Avoid jeans, short skirts, or any untidy clothing.
- Base Flexibility: You are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of which Wizz Air base you are applying for.

Do You Have What It Takes?
We are looking for candidates who bring the right mix of qualifications, personality, and spirit. To join our crew, you must meet these requirements:
- Be aged 18 or over.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree/GCSEs or equivalent.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Be an enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Be able to swim.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Please note: If you wear corrective lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
- Live or be ready to relocate within 90 minutes of your chosen base (e.g., London Luton) and be prepared to commute according to your schedule.
- Have the right to live and work in the UK (via British passport, Visa, or Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
- Hold a valid passport without limitations (with at least 6 months validity).
- Be prepared to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
