SKY express is seeking a Catering & Inflight Services Associate. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, quality, and safety of all items served to airline passengers. It's a great opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the airline’s catering operations, supporting a high standard of inflight service and passenger satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Catering & Inflight Services Associate, you will maintain strong relationships with suppliers and address any issues related to product quality, availability, or delivery reliability. You will implement inventory management systems and procedures to monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and minimize waste or spoilage. You will also maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery receipts, invoices, and inventory transactions related to food supply chain activities. In addition, you will generate reports and analytics to monitor inventory levels and assess supplier performance. You will prepare documentation for regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records, and plan and schedule deliveries of products to various airport locations and aircraft galley stores in alignment with flight schedules and operational requirements.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with fluency in oral and written English and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Previous experience in supply chain logistics, food or product procurement, or industrial catering operations is required, as well as knowledge in inventory management software. The candidate must demonstrate critical thinking and in-depth problem-solving skills, a strong ability in data analysis with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Teamwork and communication skills, along with flexibility and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively, are also essential.
