What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Age & Education
- At least 18 years old
- Completed Matura, apprenticeship, or equivalent vocational training—your educational foundation matters
Documentation & Eligibility
- EU passport or unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market
- Austrian male citizens must have completed military or civilian service
Language Skills
- Very good German skills (minimum C1 level)—clear communication is essential
- Good English skills (minimum B2 level)—you'll interact with international passengers daily
Physical Requirements
- Able to swim confidently without assistance—essential for safety
- Able to reach Vienna Airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty
Personal Qualities
- Flexibility to work irregular shifts and working hours—you embrace variety
- Strong sales skills and enjoyment of selling—you're comfortable promoting onboard products
- A friendly, service-oriented attitude—you genuinely enjoy helping others
