    What You'll Be Doing?

    Your day-to-day responsibilities will be varied, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. Here's what you can expect:

    • Assisting the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight from planning through termination
    • Complying with all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, and company procedures and policies
    • Completing all duties assigned by the company or Captain correctly and on time
    • Conducting a thorough preflight inspection of all cabin emergency equipment as outlined in our Inflight Manual
    • Promptly reporting any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain
    • Advocating clearly and directly to the Captain regarding safety perceptions related to passengers
    • Maintaining a high degree of crew coordination and professionalism at all times
    • Performing duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner while on duty
    • Completing records and reports as required
    • Taking responsibility for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS), including Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs
    • Performing other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and company

    Qualifications We're Looking For

    To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • College education or 2 years of customer service experience
    • Ability to speak, read, and write in English fluently
    • At least 20 years of age
    • Ability to relocate or commute to your assigned domicile
    • Height requirements: Minimum 5'2" with shoes, maximum 6'0"
    • Valid U.S. or Foreign Passport with applicable VISAs
    • Must be able to demonstrate authorization to work in the U.S. upon hiring

    Important Security and Health Requirements:

    • All employees must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209
    • A pre-employment drug screen is required

    Physical Demands of the Role

    This role requires a range of physical capabilities to perform essential functions effectively:

    • Regular talking and hearing
    • Frequent standing, walking, climbing up and down stairs
    • Lifting weight up to 25 lbs
    • Using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms
    • While this is largely a sedentary role on paper, the reality of inflight service means you'll be active, mobile, and responsive throughout each shift
