Your Role: Where Safety Meets Hospitality
Every flight is a partnership between you and the flight deck. Working alongside the Captain and your fellow crew members, you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless experience from the moment passengers board until they safely disembark. Your responsibilities go far beyond serving refreshments—you're the trusted professional responsible for maintaining order, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and being the calm, capable presence that passengers rely on, especially in unexpected situations.
A Glimpse Into Your Day-to-Day:
- Partnering with the Captain to support safe, efficient flight operations from start to finish
- Conducting thorough preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment
- Maintaining impeccable compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT regulations, and all company policies
- Serving as an extra set of eyes and ears for the flight deck, communicating any safety concerns clearly and promptly
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere through professional, warm, and efficient service
- Completing necessary records and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Upholding our Security and Safety Management System (SMS) standards
- Embracing additional duties as needed to support your team and the company's mission

- Strong English communication skills—both spoken and written
- The ability to relocate or commute to your assigned domicile
- A height between 5'2" and 6'0" (with shoes)
- A valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
