A Glimpse into Your Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Captain from flight planning through arrival to support safe and efficient operations.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment and reporting any discrepancies.
- Advocating clearly for passenger safety and maintaining a high standard of crew coordination and professionalism.
- Completing required records and reports accurately and on time.
- Upholding all federal regulations (FARs), TSA/DOT rules, and company policies with integrity.
- Serving passengers in a courteous, efficient manner that reflects PSA's commitment to a positive travel experience.
What You Bring to Our Crew?
We're looking for candidates who embody reliability, a strong work ethic, and a natural desire to help others. The minimum requirements to be considered are:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Either some college education or at least two years of hands-on customer service experience.
- The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- Ability to commute or relocate to your assigned crew base (domicile).
- A height between 5'2” and 6'0” (with shoes).
- Possession of a valid U.S. or Foreign Passport with appropriate VISAs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
