Your Mission: The Pinnacle of Safety and Personalized Service
In this role, you will be the sole ambassador of the cabin experience, entrusted with the seamless operation of every flight detail from pre-flight preparation to post-flight completion. Your primary duty is to ensure an uncompromisingly safe environment while delivering discreet, anticipatory service that meets the exacting standards of our passengers. You will act as the vital link between the flight deck and the cabin, managing everything from gourmet catering to meticulous aircraft presentation with impeccable poise.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a key member of the flight crew, assisting pilots and immediately communicating any cabin emergencies or irregularities.
- Rigorously maintaining all cabin safety standards and conducting comprehensive passenger safety briefings.
- Ensuring passenger comfort through attentive, personalized service while adhering to ExecuJet's strict policies and protocols.
- Executing all cabin safety and emergency procedures as outlined in our operational manuals.
- Performing comprehensive VIP pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties, including aircraft cleaning, restocking, and documentation.
- Crafting and presenting five-star menus, managing catering within budget, and overseeing all aspects of dining presentation.
- Taking full responsibility for personal documentation (license, medical, passport) and the impeccable upkeep of your provided uniform.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of VIP etiquette, international protocol, and regional customs.
The Professional We Are Looking For
This position requires a certified professional with proven experience in the private aviation sector. You must possess the foundational qualifications and the refined character to thrive in our environment.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as Cabin Crew within corporate or private aviation.
- Must hold a valid GCAA Cabin Crew License (or equivalent) and a current Safety Equipment Proficiency (SEP) certificate.
- At least 2 years of operational experience within the Middle East region.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Competency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
