Description
Ryanair is on the lookout for dedicated and safety-oriented individuals to join its Cabin Crew team based in Manchester. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the essential skills needed to ensure a safe and top-class inflight experience for passengers.
As a member of the Ryanair Group Cabin Crew family, you'll be immersed in the airline's dynamic culture from day one, with exciting career progression opportunities—from Cabin Supervisor to Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, and even Director of Inflight.
Life as Cabin Crew is both fun and rewarding, but it also comes with challenges. Safety is the top priority, and you’ll need to be flexible with early starts (as early as 5 a.m.) and late finishes (as late as midnight). If you're a customer-focused, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect career for you!
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair network, be comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment, and have a passion for travelling and meeting new people. Applicants should enjoy dealing with the public and be able to provide excellent customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude, be adaptable and willing to work a shift roster, and demonstrate a hardworking, flexible, outgoing, and friendly personality. Candidates must be approximately between 5’2” (157 cm) and 6’2” (188 cm) in height, and must be able to swim 25 meters unaided while supporting someone else.
Benefits and Perks
As a Ryanair Cabin Crew member, you will enjoy a free internationally recognised Cabin Crew training course with a paid training allowance, uncapped sales bonus, and unlimited highly discounted staff travel. You’ll work on a fixed 5 days on / 3 days off roster pattern and experience the adventure of a lifetime within the Cabin Crew network. The role offers opportunities to explore new cultures and cities with colleagues during days off, along with a free uniform in the first year and an annual allowance afterwards. You will also benefit from the security of working for a financially stable airline.
