About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be much more than a uniformed professional — you’ll be the face of Edelweiss on every flight. Your mission is to make every journey feel effortless and enjoyable for our passengers, from the moment they board to the moment they land. Whether it’s offering a warm smile, delivering thoughtful service, or ensuring onboard safety, you’ll help turn travel into a truly memorable experience.
Your role includes preparing the cabin before each flight, performing in-flight service and onboard sales, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and presentation. You’ll work in close-knit, friendly teams, enjoy dynamic days both in the air and abroad, and spend your layovers in some of our dream destinations.
What You Bring?
You’ve completed your basic education (vocational training, high school diploma, or equivalent) and genuinely enjoy working with people. You’re resilient, responsible, and thrive in an environment where every day brings something new.
You should also have:
- Excellent command of German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus
- A Swiss or EU passport with strong ties to Switzerland (understanding Swiss German is required)
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and a naturally warm, approachable demeanor (please review tattoo regulations in the application form)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with empathy and flexibility
- The ability to learn quickly and handle challenges calmly
- For men: proof of completed military service, civil service, or official exemption
- Minimum height of 158 cm and the ability to swim confidently
