As the face of our passengers' holiday experience, you'll do much more than serve—you'll create moments. Your primary mission is to ensure safety, comfort, and genuine hospitality from the moment guests step on board. You'll be part of a collaborative and open team, where every flight brings a new adventure and the chance to spend your layover days discovering dream destinations. No two days are ever the same.
A snapshot of your daily responsibilities includes:
- Being a warm, attentive, and reassuring host throughout the entire journey.
- Meticulously preparing the aircraft cabin and managing seamless workflows before, during, and after each flight.
- Delivering the distinctive and friendly Edelweiss onboard service, including handling onboard sales with a personal touch.
- Upholding our highest safety standards with a strong sense of responsibility.
What You Bring to Our Team?
We are looking for individuals who find joy in connecting with people and who carry a natural sense of care and responsibility. To apply, you should have:
- A completed basic education (e.g., vocational training, high school diploma, Matura, Abitur).
- A true customer-oriented mindset and a genuine enjoyment of working with people from all walks of life.
- High resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of duty.
Your qualifications should also include:
- Strong conversational skills in German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level). Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
- A Swiss or EU passport with strong ties to Switzerland. A good understanding of Swiss German is essential for clear communication.
- A well-groomed, engaging appearance and a naturally warm personality. Please note our specific tattoo policy, detailed in the application form.
- A love for teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of empathy.
- Quick comprehension and an eagerness to learn.
- For male applicants: Proof of completed Swiss basic military service, civilian service, or official confirmation of unfitness for service.
