    3. Passport Copy
      • Clear copy of your valid passport
      • Must be valid for at least 6 months
      • If you don't have a passport yet, you’ll need to bring a photo ID (such as a driver’s license or national ID)
    4. Highest Educational Certificate
      • A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
      • Originals may be requested later, but a copy is usually sufficient for Open Day
    5. Completed Application Form (if provided)
      • If Emirates provided a printed application form in advance (through email or event page), bring it filled out
      • Otherwise, you’ll likely fill it during the assessment

    Requirements

    Before attending, check that you meet these essential requirements:

    • Age: At least 21 years old when training begins
    • Education: Completed high school (Ensino Secundário) or international equivalent
    • Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese and other languages are highly valued
    • Experience: Minimum one year in hospitality, customer service, or tourism
    • Physical requirements: Minimum height 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm
    • Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform
    • Work eligibility: Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
