What to Bring?

- Full-length photo in business attire
- Passport-size photo (optional but recommended)
- Follow Emirates grooming standards (neat hair, professional look)
- Passport Copy
- Clear copy of your valid passport
- Must be valid for at least 6 months
- If you don't have a passport yet, you’ll need to bring a photo ID (such as a driver’s license or national ID)
- Highest Educational Certificate
- A copy of your high school diploma or equivalent
- Originals may be requested later, but a copy is usually sufficient for Open Day
- Completed Application Form (if provided)
- If Emirates provided a printed application form in advance (through email or event page), bring it filled out
- Otherwise, you’ll likely fill it during the assessment

Requirements
Before attending, check that you meet these essential requirements:
- Age: At least 21 years old when training begins
- Education: Completed high school (Ensino Secundário) or international equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English; Portuguese and other languages are highly valued
- Experience: Minimum one year in hospitality, customer service, or tourism
- Physical requirements: Minimum height 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm
- Appearance: No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Work eligibility: Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
