About the Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll represent Air Arabia’s spirit of hospitality, safety, and efficiency. You’ll make every flight a smooth and pleasant experience by providing exceptional service, assisting passengers with professionalism, and maintaining the highest safety standards onboard. Whether you’re welcoming guests, serving meals, or handling unexpected situations calmly, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring that each flight reflects Air Arabia’s reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Attend pre-flight briefings fully prepared and on time, ensuring you’re fit, presentable, and ready to perform your duties.
- Deliver clear safety demonstrations and guide passengers in following all onboard safety procedures.
- Monitor cabin conditions, identify potential safety concerns, and report any irregularities promptly to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
- Provide first aid and assistance when needed, maintaining composure and empathy in all circumstances.
- Welcome passengers, assist with seating and boarding, and offer friendly, attentive service throughout the flight.
- Respond to special requests and support passengers who may need extra care, ensuring comfort for everyone onboard.
- Promote and manage onboard sales, including meals, duty-free products, and donations through Air Arabia’s “Charity Cloud” initiative.
- Handle payments and sales reports responsibly, maintaining accuracy and transparency.
- Conduct pre- and post-flight cabin checks to ensure all equipment, catering, and safety items are properly stocked and operational.
- Participate in briefings and debriefings, providing feedback and reporting on flight activities.
- Stay up to date with mandatory training and safety certifications, maintaining full readiness for every flight assignment.
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re looking for positive, motivated individuals who naturally deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to changing schedules, and enjoy being part of a multicultural team that represents one of the Middle East’s leading low-cost carriers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 18–29 years (up to 33 years for experienced Cabin Crew)
- Height: Minimum 160 cm (female) or 170 cm (male); weight proportionate to height
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform
- Health: Medically fit, capable of performing all Cabin Crew duties, and able to swim using a flotation device
- Education: High school diploma or higher; a diploma in Travel or Tourism is a plus
- Training: First Aid, Safety, or Emergency Procedure certifications are an advantage
- Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is preferred; additional languages are an asset
- Technology: Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — we value attitude and potential as much as experience.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience, especially in the aviation industry, is an advantage.
- Active Cabin Crew license or previous flight experience is considered a plus.
