Lead Excellence in Cabin Crew Training – Cabin Crew Training Lead with Universal Air in Malta!
Shape the Future of Cabin Safety and Service Excellence
Universal Air, a dynamic and growing airline based in Malta, is seeking an experienced, motivated, and standards-driven Cabin Crew Training Lead to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the design, delivery, and standardisation of cabin crew training and checking across our operation.
As the day-to-day owner of cabin crew training standards, you will ensure that every cabin crew member is trained to the required standard, correctly assessed, and demonstrably current. You will act as deputy to the Cabin Operations Manager and play a key role in shaping the competence and professionalism of our cabin crew team.
If you have substantial operational cabin crew experience, a passion for training and development, and a commitment to excellence, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact in a growing airline.
Role Purpose
The Cabin Crew Training Lead is responsible for the design, delivery, and standardisation of cabin crew training and checking, ensuring that every cabin crew member is trained to the required standard, correctly assessed, and demonstrably current. - Deliver safety and emergency procedures training, including practical drills on training devices and aircraft

- Update content in response to occurrence data, audit findings, fleet or configuration changes, and crew feedback
- Support the introduction of new aircraft types, cabin configurations, and safety equipment through timely differences training

- Support internal and external audits of cabin crew training and own the resulting corrective actions
- Handle crew training data in accordance with GDPR and Data Protection policies
Standards and Continuous Improvement

- Manage additional and remedial training so that it is proportionate, documented, and consistently applied
- Maintain the feedback loop between line standards observations, occurrence reports, and training content
Deputy Duties
- Deputise for the Cabin Operations Manager during absence, within the written delegation given for that period
