Requirements to Join Our Crew
We're building a team of professionals who embody warmth, safety, and reliability. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
To join our crew, you should meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Possess excellent verbal and written skills in both German and English.
- Have a strong sense of service and a committed, hands-on approach.
- Be a clear communicator, a flexible team player, and maintain an open, friendly demeanor with a polished appearance.
- Demonstrate strong intercultural competence and good swimming skills.
- Have visual acuity within +/- 5 diopters (with or without correction).
- Hold a valid, unrestricted EU passport with at least 6 months' validity. Non-EU citizens must have a permanent German residence and work permit.
- Have reliable internet access, a personal email, and phone availability.
- Reside within a 50 km (or one-hour commute) radius of Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER).
The following are advantageous but not mandatory: A valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, a current background check (Führungszeugnis), or a valid aviation medical certificate (Class 2).

- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy an attractive base salary covering 65 guaranteed block hours per month, plus various allowances. Your previous cabin experience will be considered for your salary classification.
- Performance Incentives: Earn additional hourly compensation (€40 from the 65th block hour, €55 from the 80th), per diems for layovers, and commission from onboard sales.
- Full Support: We provide your full uniform and a monthly allowance for its care and cleaning.
