    Your Responsibilities: Safety, Service, and Care

    As a Flight Attendant with Sundair, you'll play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout every flight. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Professionally implement the applicable safety regulations on board—safety is our top priority
    • Take care of passengers throughout the entire flight—ensuring their comfort and well-being
    • Ensure all cabin safety procedures are followed before takeoff and landing, as well as during turbulence
    • Learn the principles and procedures for competently handling incidents in the passenger cabin
    • Learn how to prepare passengers for appropriate behavior before and during an emergency
    • Learn first aid measures to respond appropriately to illness or injury during a flight
    • Serve food and beverages while correctly applying service guidelines
    • Learn how to properly operate the technical equipment and onboard galley facilities in the aircraft cabin
    • Learn the guidelines for general passenger care during the flight, particularly when assisting parents and children
    • Check emergency equipment on board for completeness, proper condition, and correct storage

    Your Profile: What We're Looking For?

    To join our team, you'll need to bring a combination of qualifications, skills, and personal qualities that align with our high standards:

    Experience

    • Career changers or candidates with previous experience as a Cabin Crew Member are welcome to apply

    Language Skills

    • Very good German and English language skills—clear communication is essential

    Personal Qualities

    • Strong service orientation and willingness to work—you genuinely enjoy helping others
    • Excellent communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills—you collaborate effectively with colleagues
    • Open, friendly personality and well-groomed appearance—you represent Sundair with professionalism
    • Strong intercultural competence—you connect with passengers from diverse backgrounds

    Physical Requirements

    • Good swimming skills
    • Visual acuity between +/- 5 diopters

    Documentation & Eligibility

    • Valid and unrestricted EU passport (valid for at least 6 months); non-EU citizens must have a permanent residence permit and work permit
    • Internet access, personal email address, and telephone availability
    • Residence within a maximum distance of 50 km (1 hour) from the assigned operating base (BER)

    Advantage (not required but beneficial)

    • EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
    • Valid background/reliability check
    • Valid medical certificate

    Age Requirement

    • Minimum age of 18

    Employment Terms

    • 24-month employment contract with the option of permanent employment
    • Attractive basic salary covering 65 block hours, with previous Cabin Crew experience taken into account for salary classification

    Additional Compensation

    • Additional flight-hour compensation:
      • From the 65th block hour: €40.00
      • From the 80th block hour: €55.00
    • Per diem allowance during flight assignments
    • Onboard sales commission
