Start Your Sky-High Career – Cabin Crew with Ryanair in Marseille!
Join Europe's Largest Airline Group
Ever dreamed of working at 30,000 feet with one of the most dynamic airlines in the world? Ryanair is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused people to join our Cabin Crew team in Marseille. You'll become part of a family of over 16,000 crew members spread across 90+ operational bases, delivering outstanding service to more than 600,000 guests on over 3,600 flights every single day.
Yes, every single day.
No Experience? No Problem.
Here's the best part—you don't need any prior experience. None. Our world-leading training course is completely free and designed to give you all the fundamental skills our crew use daily. You'll learn how to deliver a safe, top-class inflight experience from the ground up. Once you complete the training, you'll earn your Cabin Crew Wings and be ready to take to the skies.
And the journey doesn't stop there. Career opportunities with Ryanair are genuinely endless. You could become a Cabin Supervisor, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or even aspire to be our next Director of Inflight. Your ambition is the only limit.

But if you're customer-orientated, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have loads of enthusiasm to share every single day? Then this could be the career you've been waiting for.
