- You must be legally eligible to work in Rwanda.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a Cabin Crew License issued by the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA).
Age Requirements:
- Minimum age: 20 years old at the time of application.
- Maximum age for entry-level candidates: 24 years old.
- For experienced, currently qualified cabin crew seeking reinstatement: The upper age limit may be waived, subject to operational needs and a successful medical assessment.
Education:
- Minimum qualification: Senior Six Diploma (REB).
Language Skills:
- English (Mandatory): You must demonstrate spoken and written English proficiency at ICAO Operational Level 4 or higher. This will be tested during recruitment.
- Kinyarwanda (Mandatory): Fluency in both spoken and written Kinyarwanda is required.

- Additional Languages: Proficiency in Swahili, Mandarin, Arabic, or other widely spoken African languages is a strong advantage—helping us serve our growing international network.
Physical & Medical Fitness:
- No visible tattoos, body art, or scars that cannot be fully concealed while wearing the RwandAir uniform.
- Height requirements: You must be able to reach a minimum of 212 cm without assistance (to close overhead bins and access safety equipment). Your height must not exceed 190 cm (6 ft 3 in), as taller crew members may have difficulty moving freely through the cabin during an emergency.

Character & Criminal Record:
- You must demonstrate good character and integrity, consistent with aviation security standards.

- Any previous conviction, ongoing criminal proceeding, or pending legal matter must be fully disclosed during the application process. Failure to disclose relevant history—or providing false information—will result in immediate disqualification or termination if discovered after hiring.
How to Prepare for the Open Day?
To be considered, your application must include the following documents, submitted only in PDF format. Please note: we do not require a cover letter. Instead:
