About the Role
As a Cabin Service and Cleaning Attendant, you’ll play a vital part in preparing each aircraft for its next journey. From refreshing the cabin and restocking supplies to maintaining cleanliness standards that reflect Air Canada’s reputation for quality, your attention to detail and efficiency will help create a smooth experience for both passengers and crew.

What You’ll Be Doing?
- Prepare and stock aircraft cabins with all necessary supplies before each flight
- Clean and inspect interior areas including seats, floors, tables, and lavatories
- Vacuum carpets, sanitize surfaces, and replace headrest covers
- Restock seat pockets with reading materials and safety cards
- Work closely with your team to meet tight turnaround schedules and departure times
What You’ll Need to Succeed?
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to lift and move heavy items and work efficiently under time pressure
- A valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in Canada
- Capability to obtain and maintain required Transport Canada security clearances (visit the Transport Canada site for details)
- Dependability and strong teamwork skills — reliability is key in our operation
- Preference will be given to bilingual candidates (English/French)
Additional Employment Details
To join our team, you must already be eligible to work in Canada. If you hold a work permit, it should be valid for at least 12 months. Full-time attendance during initial training is required. Because this position involves safety-sensitive duties, candidates will undergo a medical assessment, including a drug and alcohol screening, to meet Air Canada’s medical standards.
