Your primary responsibility is to ensure every flight is secure, smooth, and comfortable for all on board. From pre-flight checks to post-flight reports, you'll apply meticulous attention to detail and a warm, reassuring demeanor to handle the diverse situations that air travel presents.
A Day in Your Role:
- Serving as a vigilant safety expert, conducting pre-flight briefings and demonstrations, and ensuring full compliance with all FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Providing attentive, personalized service to passengers from all walks of life, including those who may need extra assistance, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities.
- Preparing and serving refreshments while maintaining a tidy and welcoming cabin environment.
- Demonstrating strength and capability in routine tasks, including lifting luggage (up to 75 lbs.), operating aircraft doors, and maneuvering service carts.
- Remaining poised and effective in emergency situations, providing clear guidance and, if needed, administering first aid or CPR.
- Completing all necessary documentation with accuracy and care, communicating effectively with the flight deck and ground crews.
What You Bring to the Cabin?
We're looking for candidates who embody resilience, professionalism, and a team-oriented spirit. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 23 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrate fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Possess a valid driver's license, a valid passport with no travel restrictions, and the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Reside within one hour of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
- Be physically able to perform all job functions, including lifting up to 75 lbs., and meet all grooming standards.
- Successfully pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and our rigorous 4-week Initial Training Program.
- Have the flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended duty days.
