A Day in Your Life Aboard Our Aircraft:
- Serving as a vigilant safety expert, conducting demonstrations, and ensuring full compliance with all federal regulations and company procedures.
- Providing warm, attentive, and personalized customer service, anticipating passenger needs and creating a pleasant travel atmosphere.
- Offering dedicated assistance to those who need extra help, including children traveling alone, seniors, and passengers with disabilities.
- Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages with a hospitable touch.
- Maintaining the cabin's cleanliness and order throughout the flight.
- Responding decisively and compassionately in any emergency, providing clear instructions, first aid, or CPR if necessary.
- Completing all required post-flight documentation accurately and thoroughly.
What You Bring to Our Crew?
We are looking for candidates who embody professionalism, resilience, and a team-first attitude. The minimum requirements to be considered are:
- At least 23 years of age.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license with a good record, and a valid passport with authorization to work and travel internationally.
- Fluency in English (bilingual abilities are a valued plus).
- The ability to successfully pass a DOT drug test, a comprehensive 10-year background check, and our intensive 4-week initial training program.
- The physical ability to perform safety-critical duties, including lifting up to 75 lbs., pushing/pulling service carts, and reaching overhead bins.
- A flexible schedule that allows for work on nights, weekends, holidays, and extended duty days.
- Residence within one hour of Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to remain poised and positive under pressure.
