Your Mission: Curating an Unparalleled Journey!
In this integral role, you are the architect of the cabin experience. You will manage every detail, from sophisticated catering and cabin presentation to vital safety protocols and administrative excellence. You will work closely with the flight crew and ground teams to ensure the aircraft reflects the owner's exacting standards for every departure. This position requires a proactive individual who takes full ownership of the cabin environment, anticipating needs and maintaining an atmosphere of effortless luxury and security.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Encompass:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all cabin-related matters, reporting discrepancies and coordinating seamlessly with the Pilot in Command, maintenance, and cleaning crews.
- Executing comprehensive pre-flight checks of all cabin systems, safety equipment, and supplies.
- On Part 91 flights, assuming full safety leadership: briefing passengers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and commanding the cabin during any emergency.
- Mastering all cabin management systems (entertainment, data, communications) to expertly assist passengers.
- Overseeing the complete culinary cycle: menu design, sourcing, shopping, preparation, and elegant presentation of all meals and beverages.
- Developing and maintaining detailed aircraft-specific manuals, standard stock inventories, and vendor relationships.
- Managing post-flight reporting, client profile updates, expense accounting, and all required administrative duties.
- Maintaining absolute currency in all safety, medical, and operational training.
- Potentially supervising or training contract cabin crewmembers, upholding Jet Aviation’s brand as a trusted ambassador.
The Background You Bring
To be considered, you must possess a strong foundation in safety and service:
- A high school diploma is required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar corporate cabin attendant role.
- At least 2 years of dedicated culinary or high-end food service experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Current Flight Safety International (or equivalent) Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training.
- Current MedAire MIAMI (Management of Inflight Illness and Injury) or equivalent CPR/AED certification.
