    What You’ll Do?

As an Experienced Cabin Attendant, you’ll be entrusted with ensuring every journey is comfortable, safe, and memorable. From detailed preflight preparations to luxury inflight service, you’ll manage every aspect of the passenger experience. Beyond catering and service, you’ll also play a vital role in cabin readiness, crew coordination, and post-flight reporting. This position requires someone who thrives in a high-standard environment where professionalism, service excellence, and confidentiality go hand in hand.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Planning, sourcing, and preparing gourmet catering tailored to passenger preferences
    • Providing detailed safety briefings and ensuring compliance with all federal regulations
    • Managing emergency situations with confidence, including medical and evacuation scenarios
    • Operating and assisting passengers with entertainment systems, high-speed data, and other onboard technologies
    • Offering personalized care, from luggage handling to seating assistance for families, children, and passengers with special needs
    • Maintaining organized inventories, sourcing vendors, and stocking the cabin, galley, and lavatory with premium products
    • Preparing reports, updating passenger profiles, and managing expense accounts with accuracy
    • Representing Jet Aviation professionally with both clients and industry partners

    What We’re Looking For?

    • A minimum of high school diploma (college degree preferred)
    • At least 4 years of relevant cabin or hospitality experience, with 2+ years in fine dining or luxury service environments
    • Completion of corporate cabin attendant recurrent training (FlightSafety or equivalent)
    • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification (or CPR/AED equivalent)
    • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
    • The ability to lead or mentor contract flight attendants when required
    • A polished, confident, and approachable presence that reflects Jet Aviation’s values

    Physical Requirements

This role requires flexibility and stamina. You should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting (up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs overhead occasionally), and handling onboard equipment. Strong vision, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential for success in a dynamic flight environment.
