Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Citizenship & Documentation
- Dominican Republic citizenship
- A valid, unrestricted passport
- Dominican national identity card (cédula)
- Residence in the Dominican Republic
- Valid B1/B2 visa (preferred)
- Cabin Crew License (preferred)
Personal Requirements
- Minimum age of 18
- Ability to swim—essential for safety
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency—clear communication is essential
- Availability and flexibility to travel and relocate as required
Skills & Qualities
- An excellent, positive attitude—you bring energy and optimism to every interaction
- Excellent communication skills—you connect easily with people from all backgrounds
- Ability to multitask—you manage multiple priorities with ease
