What You'll Need to Join Us?
Before you pack your bags for this incredible journey, let's make sure you meet the essential requirements:
- Be a Dominican citizen with a valid Dominican ID card (cédula)
- Hold a valid passport without travel restrictions
- Currently reside in the Dominican Republic
- Be at least 18 years old
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (higher education is a plus)
- Speak and write English at an advanced level
- Stand at least 1.63 meters tall—enough to comfortably reach and operate overhead compartments
- Know how to swim
- Have a valid B1/B2 visa (preferred but not required)
- Hold a Cabin Crew License (preferred but not required)
Beyond the basics, we're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple tasks gracefully, and a genuine passion for serving others. Flexibility and availability for relocation are also important—aviation is a dynamic world, and we need people who can adapt and move with it.
