As a Riyadh Air Cabin Crew member, you'll be more than a flight attendant—you'll be the embodiment of our signature hospitality, what we call "Hafawa." What Your Days Will Look Like?
Every flight brings something new. One day you might be assisting a first-time traveler with a warm smile; the next, you're working seamlessly with your team to deliver an impeccable onboard experience. You'll travel to destinations across the globe, representing Riyadh Air with pride—all while wearing our stylish, Paris-inspired cabin fashion that blends elegance with practicality.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who bring a natural warmth, sharp professionalism, and a genuine love for connecting with people. To join our crew, you'll need to meet the following:
Language & Communication:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a strong advantage—we welcome guests from around the world.
Physical Requirements:
- At least 160 cm in height with an arm reach of 212 cm—essential for accessing overhead bins and emergency equipment efficiently.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform; we take pride in a polished, professional appearance.
Age & Education:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- A high school certificate or higher—we value the foundation that knowledge and personality together bring.
Skills & Experience:
- At least one year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a customer-facing role. A warm, welcoming presence goes a long way with us.
- Confident swimming ability—safety is our priority, and being comfortable in the water with a flotation device is essential.
Logistical Requirements:
- Ability to meet Saudi employment visa requirements.
- Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, which will become your new home base.
