    Your Mission: Crafting the Ultimate Private Flight Experience

    In this role, you will be the cornerstone of the cabin experience, entrusted with ensuring every detail aligns with the high expectations of our discerning clientele. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional service to encompass the full stewardship of the aircraft's interior and the orchestration of a seamless journey. You will work closely with our flight crew to maintain an environment of absolute professionalism, safety, and discretion.


    A Typical Rotation:

    • Taking ownership of the aircraft cabin's appearance, ensuring it is presented in immaculate condition for every departure.
    • Meticulously upholding all safety regulations and our own elevated service protocols without exception.
    • Providing gracious, personalized, and top-tier in-flight service, from bespoke catering to anticipating passenger needs.
    • Coordinating catering logistics and collaborating on menu planning to deliver a superior culinary experience in the sky.
    • Managing on-board equipment and supplies, ensuring everything meets our strict quality and operational standards.

    The Ideal Candidate We're Looking For

    We are looking for more than just a checklist of skills; we seek a professional with the right temperament and initiative for the dynamic nature of corporate flight. Your background should include:

    • Must-have Experience: Proven prior experience as a Flight Attendant within the business or private aviation sector.
    • Legal & Logistical Musts: Hold a European passport and have no restrictions preventing you from obtaining U.S. visas (B1/B2, C1/D).
    • Schedule Flexibility: Be fully available for our unique rotational schedule of 17 days on / 15 days off, which includes working irregular hours and being on call.
    • Personal Attributes: Possess exceptional adaptability, a collaborative team spirit, and the ability to handle unexpected duties with poise.
    • Cognitive Skills: Strong, independent decision-making abilities, a creative problem-solving mindset, and a quick capacity to learn.
    • Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Russian and English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
