About the Role
As a Corporate Flight Attendant at Union Aviation, you’ll take ownership of the entire cabin experience — from ensuring the aircraft interior is flawless to creating bespoke service moments that reflect our company’s commitment to excellence. You’ll coordinate catering, design menus, and maintain onboard equipment to the highest standards. Your role also involves close collaboration with flight crews to guarantee every journey runs seamlessly and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cabin and galley are immaculate and prepared for each flight
- Uphold the highest safety and service standards in accordance with company procedures
- Organize catering and curate menus tailored to passenger preferences
- Deliver elegant and personalized in-flight service
- Maintain inventory, monitor onboard equipment, and ensure all amenities meet Union Aviation’s quality benchmarks
- Support the flight crew in managing all aspects of cabin operations
What We’re Looking For?
- Fluent in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience as a Corporate or Business Aviation Flight Attendant (mandatory)
- Valid European passport (required for operational purposes)
- Flexible schedule — ability to work 17 days on / 15 days off roster
- No travel restrictions for obtaining U.S. visas (B1/B2, C1/D)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proactive mindset
- Team-oriented attitude with adaptability in changing environments
- Professional presentation, discretion, and a genuine passion for hospitality
