What the Role is About?
As one of our Cabin Crew, you’ll be more than just the person serving food and drinks—you’ll be the friendly face that makes every flight feel like the start of a holiday. You’ll welcome guests with warmth, explain procedures with patience, and ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable onboard. Whether it’s recommending tips for their destination, assisting families, or adding your personal touch to inflight service, you’ll be creating experiences that stay with our passengers long after they land.
Sales are also part of your service mindset, and you’ll see onboard retail not as a task, but as another way to delight and connect with our guests.
Training and Start Date
Training for this role begins in March 2026, preparing you with everything you need to provide outstanding safety and service onboard.
Who We’re Looking For

Here’s what you’ll need to join our crew:
- Minimum age of 18 at the start of training (applications accepted from 17)
- Completed secondary education (Mittlere Reife or higher, or international equivalent)
- Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); other languages are a bonus
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service is a plus
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Confident swimmer
- Willingness to receive a yellow fever vaccination if required
- Ability to reach Frankfurt Airport within 90 minutes when on standby
- Valid, unrestricted passport
- Internet access for duty planning and company updates
