Your Mission: To Be the Heartbeat of Our Guest Experience
In this role, you'll leverage your flight experience to do much more than a standard safety demonstration. You'll be an ambassador of warmth and professionalism, ensuring every aspect of the journey feels seamless, safe, and special. From a reassuring smile during boarding to thoughtful recommendations at 30,000 feet, you'll have the autonomy and responsibility to create an atmosphere where guests feel genuinely cared for from takeoff to landing.
What Your Day Will Look Like?
- Acting as a warm and open host, using your experience to anticipate needs and deliver excellent, personalized service that goes beyond the expected.
- Clearly and patiently guiding guests through all onboard safety procedures, ensuring a foundation of trust and calm for a smooth flight operation.
- Fostering a comfortable and welcoming cabin environment where every guest feels seen and valued throughout their journey.
- Engaging warmly with guests, enjoying friendly conversation, and sharing authentic tips to enhance their travel experience from arrival to exploration.
- Embracing onboard sales as a natural extension of your service mentality, helping guests discover products that complement their journey.

Who You Are?

To excel, you will need:
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in compliance with EASA regulations (Part CC).
- A completed secondary school education (Mittlere Reife or equivalent/higher).
- Professional experience in hospitality, hotels, or service is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a welcome plus.
- Confidence in the water with solid swimming skills.
- An unrestricted, valid passport for international travel.
- The ability to reach our Munich base within 90 minutes when on standby duty.
- A profound service orientation and a polished, professional appearance.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative spirit.
- Reliable internet access at home.
- A willingness to receive vaccinations required for our destinations, such as yellow fever.
