What the Role Involves?
As part of our Munich crew, you’ll be more than just a flight attendant—you’ll be a trusted host, safety ambassador, and brand representative. With your open and approachable nature, you’ll provide a welcoming atmosphere for every guest on board. You’ll guide passengers through safety procedures, serve meals and refreshments with genuine hospitality, and engage in friendly conversation that makes flying with us feel personal.
You’ll also take pride in keeping our service standards high, from managing onboard sales to anticipating guest needs. Whether it’s sharing travel tips, offering reassurance during a long journey, or simply making someone smile, you’ll be a key part of ensuring every flight reflects the Discover Airlines spirit.
What We’re Looking For?
We welcome individuality and celebrate diversity—because our strength lies in the unique perspectives and experiences of our people. To join us, you’ll need:
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in line with EASA Part CC
- Completed secondary education (Mittlere Reife or higher)
- Previous hospitality or service experience (airline, hotel, or customer service is a plus)
- Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are highly valued
- A valid, unrestricted passport and the ability to swim confidently
- Residency close enough to reach Munich Airport within 90 minutes on standby
- A professional, polished appearance and a natural ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to varied schedules and destinations, along with internet access for crew communications
- Willingness to receive a yellow fever vaccination
