Description
If you're ready to begin a dynamic and rewarding career in aviation, Envoy Air invites you to become part of a team that’s dedicated to excellence. As a Flight Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring passenger safety, and representing the American Airlines Group with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Flight Attendant, your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting passengers throughout their journey, ensuring their safety and comfort, making announcements, and managing a variety of in-flight situations with confidence and calm. You’ll be prepared to handle emergencies, provide first aid when needed, and support passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors. The role requires flexibility to adapt to changing flight schedules and environments, as well as maintaining a polished, professional appearance while working in confined spaces on board.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED. Your height should fall between 5’0” and 6’0” without shoes, and you must be able to fit into a standard jump seat harness without modifications. A valid passport and the legal ability to travel unrestricted to all countries served by Envoy are essential. You should have no criminal history within the past five years that would prevent entry to Canada. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work variable shifts (including weekends and holidays), and the physical capability to operate aircraft equipment are all necessary. You must also be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid, compliant state ID or passport.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles, and a college degree is a plus.
Please note that tattoos must not be visible in uniform, and visible body piercings beyond single ear piercings are not permitted. Extreme hairstyles or colors are not allowed. Government-issued ID must match your passport exactly. You must be willing to attend unpaid portions of training in Dallas/Fort Worth, and upon completion, be prepared to relocate to one of Envoy’s crew bases: Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami, or Phoenix.
