A Day in Your New Role
- As the face of Envoy in the skies, you'll wear many hats. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the utmost safety of everyone onboard, while also creating a positive and helpful atmosphere.
- You'll greet passengers with a warm smile, provide clear safety demonstrations, and assist those who need extra care, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities.
- You'll need to think on your feet, adapting calmly to schedule changes, weather delays, and the diverse needs of travelers.
- From managing the cozy galley to calmly providing instructions during rare emergencies, your leadership and professionalism will shine through in every interaction.
What We Require?
To be considered for this vital safety-sensitive role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) and have a valid passport for international travel to Canada and beyond.
- Possess a professional appearance and the ability to comply with our uniform standards, including restrictions on visible tattoos, piercings, and extreme hair colors.
- Have a height between 5'0" and 6'0" (without shoes) and the physical ability to safely perform all duties, including lifting, pushing carts, and fitting into all aircraft jump seats.
- Hold the legal right to work in the U.S. and possess a valid, REAL ID-compliant driver's license or passport.
- Be willing and able to work a highly flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and trips with multiple consecutive overnights.
- Successfully complete our comprehensive training program in DFW and be prepared to immediately relocate to one of our crew bases (Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami, or Phoenix) upon graduation at your own expense. Base assignments are based on operational need and seniority.
