Envoy Air, a proud partner of American Airlines, is growing fast, and we're looking for people who are ready to be challenged, supported, and developed. If you bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine care for others, we'll give you a career path that can take you places.
We are currently hiring Flight Attendants for our bases in Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicago, Miami, and Phoenix.
What You'll Be Doing Every Day?
This is a role where no two flights are the same, and your presence truly matters. As the face of Envoy Air onboard, you'll be responsible for creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every passenger who steps onto your aircraft.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Making public announcements that are clear, confident, and professional
- Ensuring everyone follows safety requirements and federal regulations—kindly but firmly
- Leading with calm and authority during emergencies, including being ready to evacuate the aircraft if needed
- Assisting passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, with patience and care
- Handling challenging situations gracefully, whether it's an upset passenger, a schedule change, or a medical issue onboard
- Providing basic first aid when needed, following both company and government guidelines
- Moving comfortably through the tight spaces of aircraft aisles and galleys throughout the flight
- Adapting quickly to changing conditions, from weather delays to shifting flight schedules
- Working as part of a team to ensure on-time departures and arrivals—every minute counts
