As the sole cabin professional onboard our large-category corporate aircraft, you will be the curator of our clients' journey from start to finish. This role demands an exceptional eye for detail, a passion for anticipatory service, and the operational savvy to manage every aspect of the cabin autonomously. You are not just serving meals; you are orchestrating a seamless, safe, and superlative travel experience that embodies the SURJET standard.
A Glimpse Into Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary ambassador of the SURJET brand, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to discretion, safety, and unparalleled hospitality.
- Meticulously preparing the cabin, including detailed cleaning, stocking, and presentation to meet the highest standards before each flight.
- Curating and presenting gourmet catering, along with a full range of beverages, with the skill and knowledge of a seasoned hospitality expert.
- Managing all cabin-related logistics, from sourcing and retrieving premium catering to maintaining precise financial records for petty cash and expenses using our Jet Insight system.
- Ensuring full compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and safety protocols, acting with calm authority during any emergency situation.
- Working in close coordination with the flight crew as a unified team, while confidently leading all cabin operations independently.
The Expertise You Bring
We are looking for a certified professional with a proven track record in luxury service. The non-negotiable requirements for this role include:
- Must be at least 21 years old with authorization to work and travel freely in and out of the United States.
- A high school diploma, complemented by a substantial background in high-touch customer service.
- A background in fine dining, bartending, or elite hospitality is considered a significant asset.
- Impeccable communication skills, stellar problem-solving ability, and the emotional intelligence to work seamlessly with diverse personalities and clients.
- A current safety training certificate from a recognized provider (FACTS, FlightSafety, etc.) and valid CPR certification.
- A minimum of 3 years of dedicated corporate Cabin Attendant experience on private aircraft.
- The physical ability to lift baggage, stand for extended periods, and work in an environment with common allergens.
- A valid U.S. passport and driver's license, with reliable transportation. You must reside within a 1.5-hour drive of Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (relocation is not assisted).
