In this role, you’ll be the face of SURJET onboard our large-cabin aircraft, ensuring every journey is as comfortable, safe, and memorable as possible. From preflight preparations to the final farewell, you’ll be responsible for anticipating passenger needs, delivering premium in-flight service, and maintaining the highest standards of cabin presentation. You’ll work closely with the pilots and operations team while also managing the finer details of catering, cabin readiness, and guest experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting passengers with a warm, professional welcome and ensuring their comfort from start to finish
- Preparing, serving, and presenting gourmet meals, snacks, and beverages (including wine and cocktails) to the highest standard
- Coordinating catering orders, retrieving deliveries, and ensuring the galley is well-stocked before each flight
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization of the cabin, galley, and lavatory before, during, and after each flight
- Operating all cabin service equipment and entertainment systems with confidence
- Managing expense reports, petty cash, and receipts for catering and onboard purchases using Jet Insight
- Supporting safety by delivering passenger briefings, assisting during emergencies, and following all FAA and company protocols
- Assisting with luggage handling when required and working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations
- Adapting to varying schedules, including overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended international trips
Requirements
We are seeking a highly adaptable and experienced professional who thrives in a demanding yet rewarding environment. Applicants should possess:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate Cabin Attendant (or similar high-end aviation role)
- Current Corporate Cabin Attendant safety training certification from FACTS, HRD, FlightSafety, or CAPS
- Current CPR certification
- Background in luxury hospitality, bartending, or high-end service preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to put guests at ease
- Highly organized, able to problem-solve, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small crew
- Must be at least 21, authorized to work in and travel from the United States, and hold a valid passport and driver’s license
- Must reside near Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (relocation not provided)
- Flexible schedule and ability to work with diverse personalities in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Physically able to lift luggage, stand or sit for extended periods, and work in proximity to common allergens
