What You'll Be Doing?
As one of Volotea's Cabin Crew members, you'll play a central role in shaping the passenger experience. Safety will always be your top priority, but equally important is your ability to create a warm, calm, and confident atmosphere on board. You'll be the person passengers trust throughout the flight, guiding them with professionalism, empathy, and the reassurance that they're in good hands. From handling routine duties to responding to unexpected situations, you will be the heart of the cabin and a key part of every successful flight.
Who We're Looking For?
- 18+ years old
- Strong level of English (B2 or higher; test during selection)
- Additional languages such as Italian, French, Spanish, German, Greek, or Algerian are a major plus
- Naturally customer-oriented, calm, and professional under pressure
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
- Minimum height: 157 cm without shoes
- Confident swimming ability (100 meters)
- Living within 60 minutes of Olbia Airport
- Holder of a European passport
- Codice fiscale (mandatory for Italy-based crew)
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation—or readiness to complete Volotea's training
- Able to pass the EASA medical exam
- Clean criminal record
