Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be over 18 years of age. Previous experience in aviation or customer service is highly valued but not an essential requirement. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is necessary, and proficiency in additional languages such as French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian, or Greek will be a strong advantage. You should hold a valid European passport or work permit for the country you are applying to, as well as a valid Cabin Crew attestation issued by an EU country (there is also the possibility to complete the Cabin Crew initial training with the company).
Candidates must be fit and able to pass an EASA medical assessment, with no criminal records. The ability to swim 100 meters is required. You must have the legal right to live and work in the country you are applying for with unrestricted access to the Volotea network/market. Additionally, you must live within 60 minutes of the airport you are applying for, have no visible tattoos or body piercings that cannot be discreetly covered, and possess excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. The minimum height requirement is 157 cm without shoes.
