Description
Clay Lacy Aviation is looking for a full-time Cabin Attendant based in West Palm Beach, FL (KPBI), supporting a Part 91/135 Boeing Business Jet with approximately 450 flight hours annually. This is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The Cabin Attendant will be responsible for managing all aspects of cabin operations, maintaining inventory, and preparing the aircraft according to the owner's preferences to create a seamless and memorable experience for Clay Lacy clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Attendant, you will ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers. You will learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests while regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records. The role includes organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained. You will conduct routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies. Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight is essential. Responsibilities also include sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s requests and preferred items, rotating supplies, and replacing items as needed. You will proactively identify and address any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate department. Safely offloading and onloading aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required is part of the role. Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards, and maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules as necessary, are required. Continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support is expected, along with performing other duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private or corporate jet experience and must reside within a 2-hour drivable commute from where the aircraft is based in KOPF, as this is not a commutable position. A valid and unexpired driver’s license and passport are required, along with a valid Food Handler Certification. The candidate must have completed emergency training from an approved training facility within the past 12 months, including CPR and First Aid, and must have completed CLA Indoctrination training. Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays is essential, as well as being on-call unless on a scheduled day off. The candidate must also pass a pre-employment background and drug screening.

Clay Lacy Aviation offers a salary range of $120,000 to $140,000 per year, with fully paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for employees in full-time assigned crew positions.
