In this role, you will be the friendly and reassuring voice our travelers turn to when planning their journeys or navigating unexpected changes.     What You'll Be Doing?

    Every day brings new conversations and challenges. You will handle inbound inquiries from guests around the world, whether they are checking flight schedules, adjusting a booking, or seeking help with a last-minute change. Your goal is not just to answer questions but to put people at ease and find solutions that feel both efficient and thoughtful.

    Your day-to-day will include:

    • Responding to guests via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and genuine warmth.
    • Providing accurate, up-to-date information about flights, services, and policies.
    • Assisting travelers with modifications to their reservations or itineraries when plans shift.
    • Listening carefully to complaints or concerns, then resolving them promptly while keeping service standards high.
    • Documenting guest feedback and sharing insights with the broader team to help us improve continuously.
    • Collaborating with other departments behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly for our guests.

    What We're Looking For?

    We need someone who brings both experience and the right mindset. Candidates should have:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or a related field is a nice bonus).
    • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a contact centre environment.
    • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
    • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems.
    • The ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay organized, and remain composed in a fast-paced setting.
    • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to guest service.
    • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    It's a strong advantage if you also:

    • Have worked previously as a travel consultant.
    • Speak fluent Arabic, Russian, or French in addition to English.
