As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the guardian of our brand promise from the very first contact. Your day will be dedicated to ensuring that every guest feels heard, valued, and excited about their upcoming journey.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, professional, and efficient response to all guest inquiries across multiple channels—phone, email, and live chat.
- Offering precise and detailed information on flight schedules, exclusive services, and the unique Beond experience.
- Expertly managing reservation changes, special requests, and complex itinerary adjustments with care and accuracy.
- Listening attentively to address concerns and resolve any issues promptly, turning potential challenges into demonstrations of our exceptional service.
- Meticulously documenting guest interactions and feedback to help us continuously refine and perfect our service.
- Collaborating closely with our flight operations, sales, and hospitality teams to ensure a flawlessly coordinated guest journey from inquiry to arrival.
Who We Are Looking For?
We are building a team of articulate, solution-oriented professionals who are passionate about luxury service and global travel. To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A high school diploma as a minimum; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a valuable asset.
- Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a contact centre or high-end service environment.
- Prior experience as a travel consultant or within the aviation/tourism sector is a significant advantage.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a masterful command of the English language.
- Strong technical proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms.
- The ability to multitask gracefully, prioritize under pressure, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- A natural problem-solving instinct and a proactive, guest-centric approach to service.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, to support our global clientele across all time zones.
