Beond—the world’s first premium leisure airline—is looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our Contact Centre team in Dubai. What This Role Involves?
As a Guest Experience Agent, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, handling guest inquiries across phone, email, and live chat. You’ll provide clear, accurate information, assist with booking changes, and resolve issues in a way that reflects Beond’s premium promise. Beyond simply answering questions, your empathy and problem-solving skills will help turn challenges into positive experiences, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting guests with reservations, flight details, and itinerary changes
- Managing inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Documenting guest interactions and sharing insights to enhance service quality
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless guest support
- Representing Beond’s values of hospitality, precision, and excellence in every conversation
What We’re Looking For?
We’re seeking someone with strong customer service experience, ideally from a travel, hospitality, or call center background. If you’ve previously worked as a travel consultant, that’s a strong advantage. You’ll need excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and confidence in using computer systems and CRM software. Most importantly, you should have a natural ability to empathize, multitask under pressure, and remain calm while delivering outstanding service—even during busy travel periods.
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma (a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus)
- Proven customer service or call center experience (mandatory)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
