Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Crew member, you are responsible for ensuring punctuality, professional appearance, and personal readiness for duty before every flight. You actively participate in pre-flight briefings to understand flight details, assigned roles, security protocols, and service goals. Onboard, you deliver safety demonstrations, ensure passenger comfort, and promptly address any safety or security concerns in coordination with the Cabin Supervisor and in line with Standard Operating Procedures. You administer first aid when required and immediately report any irregularities or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel. Your role includes welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding formalities, and maintaining accurate records as per regulatory requirements. Throughout the flight, you provide attentive customer service, handle passenger requests, support those in distress, and promote onboard sales and charitable programs to meet individual and team revenue targets. You are entrusted with the secure handling of cash and card transactions. Pre-flight responsibilities include checking emergency and service equipment, reporting shortages, and overseeing cleanliness and re-catering. Post-flight, you ensure a complete handover to ground services, participate in debriefings, and submit reports on flight operations and performance. When assigned, you assume the responsibilities of Cabin Supervisor. Continuous professional development through training and workshops is essential to maintain certification and readiness. Ultimately, you contribute to the overall success of the team by delivering high-quality service, maintaining safety standards, and achieving performance objectives.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be between 20 to 33 years old, with a Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate acceptable for this role, while a diploma in Travel or Tourism is considered a plus. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is an added value. Previous experience as cabin crew or in a customer service role within the airlines, aviation, or hospitality industries will be treated as an advantage, and holding an active cabin crew license is a plus. Candidates must be fit to fly, in good general health with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases, and medically and physically fit to perform cabin crew duties. The ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device is also required. Minimum height requirements are 160 cm for females and 170 cm for males, with weight proportionate to age and height. Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos while wearing the cabin crew uniform is essential. The role requires the ability to work in shifts and for extended hours, high flexibility, adaptability to frequent changes and busy schedules, and the capability to contribute and deliver effectively against company policies, procedures, and KPIs.
